Students are expected to:
¨ Follow cooperatively and politely all directions given by the instructor,
¨ Treat others with respect,
¨ Keep hands, feet, and objects to himself/herself,
¨ Be where he/she belongs at all times, and
¨ Take responsibility for his/her behavior.
Student must be present during the school day to participate in after school club.
If a child is not willing or able to follow these expectations, the following consequences will result:
¨ 1st time – Warning to student and parent;
¨ 2nd time – Child will be asked to leave club. (There will be no refunds.)
**EAI retains the right to make the ultimate decision regarding a student's dismissal from a club due to a behavior issue.
The below procedures will be followed for all virtual clubs offered.
¨ Only MCPS students are permitted to participate in virtual sessions offered by EAI. Virtual clubs could include Westland Middle School students if needed for minimum enrollment numbers.
¨ Virtual sessions will not be recorded.
¨ Zooms links can be launched from a non-MCPS chrome book, iPad, laptop or cell phone.
¨ EAI will obtain a signed MCPS Assumption of Risk Form from a parent/guardian of each participating MCPS student.

The below procedures will be followed while indoors for clubs at NBMS:
¨ Students must wear masks at all times during session
¨ Instructors will wear masks at all times during session
- All club instructors will be vaccinated
- Hand sanitizer and disinfectant will be on site
